Accommodations
There are a wide range of hotels in Russia from poor to five star luxury. We have provided hotels in our destination cities somewhere in the middle. All the hotels we recommend are ones we ourselves would stay in. They are clean, friendly, with private baths or showers and have good locations.
Air Travel
The tour prices do not include international airfare to and from Moscow. We can assist you, however, to arrange for flights from your home city to the destination, offering you the best prices for the destinations you need. Just let us know and you will receive a competitive price quote for your international air travel. |

Included in the Tour Price
All hotel accommodations; all meals; ground transfers; transportation within the programs; excursions with an English-speaking tour guide; and an invitation letter for the Russian visa are included in the tour.
Not Included in the Tours
Airfare and taxes from and to home cities; airport taxes and all other taxes, tariffs and duties; passport fees; Russian visa processing fees; health, accident, baggage and cancellation insurance; alcoholic beverages at meals; personal expenses (such as laundry, telephone, faxes, e-mails, etc.); and guide/interpreter and bus driver gratuities are not included. |

Reservations
To reserve your place in the Tour of Russian Icons complete the form below, and pay your deposit of $250 per person by credit card. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit. The number of places in each tour is limited to about 20 people. At the present we have a limited number of places, so do not delay in making reservations.

Payment Schedule
Use the form below to book places on the tour. To reserve your places on the tour you must pay a deposit of $250 per person within 30 days of your reservation. The balance is due on or before March 31, 2005. Tour reservations must be paid in full 90 days prior to departure or you may lose your reservation and forfeit any deposits you have made. Deposits are not refundable, except in the case that the tour is cancelled.

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also accept checks drawn in U.S. funds from U.S. banks and money orders. Checks should be made out to Iconofile with "Tour of Russian Icons" in the memo field. If you pay the entire balance of the tour price by cash, check or money order, we will discount the price $50 per person.

Russian Tourist Visas
If you reside in the United States, Iconofile can obtain a Russian tourist visa for your participation in the tour, or you can obtain a fee through a visa processing service. The fee for this service is $250, which includes the fee required by the Russian consulate. To obtain a Russian tourist visa, you must fill in a visa application available from our web site:
