Accommodations
It is our goal to introduce you to the countries visited as they are. Hotels in Russia range from third world impoverished to 5 star opulence. We always try to recommend hotels somewhere in the middle. All the hotels we recommend are ones we ourselves would stay in. They are clean, friendly, with private baths or showers and have good locations.
Airlines
The tuitions given for each workshop do not include the airfare from and to the US. You are welcome to arrange for your air travel, or we can arrange for flights from your home city to the destination, offering you the best prices for the destinations you need. Just let us know and you will receive a competitive price quote for your international air travel.
Documents
Workshop documents are not issued until all services have been paid in full. These documents are sent to you no later than 14 days prior to departure. If you are departing home earlier, please notify us in order to make arrangements. There is a $25.00 fee for workshop documents processed earlier than 14 days prior to departure. |

Included in the Tuition
Workshops; English-interpreter at workshop; all hotel accommodations (double occupancy); two daily meals (breakfast and dinner); ground transfers; ground transportation within the programs; excursions with an English-speaking tour guide; baggage handling upon arrival and departure; and an invitation letter for the Russian visa are included in the tuition.
Not Included in the Tuition
Airfare and taxes from and to home cities; airport taxes and all other taxes, tariffs and duties; passport fees; Russian visa processing fees; health, accident, baggage and cancellation insurance; personal expenses (such as laundry, telephone, faxes, e-mails, etc.); and guide/interpreter and bus driver gratuities are not included.
Single Supplement
We make every effort to place you with a same gender roommate to share the double occupancy cost upon your request. If for some reason there is no one for you to share with, you will be responsible for paying the single supplement fee for the workshop you have chosen. |
